Joining the DCDC is a big step toward getting more involved in the DeWitt community! The many opportunities offered by the DCDC to actively engage in your community will benefit you and your company. You will experience professional development and growth by participating in workshops, networking events and serving on committees.

Programs

Optimize your involvement in the DCDC by attending our programs and events!  Our organization puts on many worthwhile member events including: monthly “Revive After Five” networking events, quarterly “Eat Lunch & Learn Something” gatherings and DCDC 101 sessions. These events are excellent opportunities to become acquainted with the organization and with your fellow members.

Committees

Committee participation is a great way for members to get involved behind the scenes and help make things happen. Every committee is comprised of volunteers who want to give back to the community and gain exposure. Based upon your interests and schedule, you can be active on as many committees as you like. Committee members help plan events such as DeWitt's Wine Walk,  Autumn Fest, DCDC Golf Bash Fundraiser and Hometown Christmas. Members can also serve on the Branding/Community Relations Committee or Member Development Committee .

Advocacy

Becoming a part of the DCDC Ambassador Group is an excellent opportunity to increase your business’s exposure while representing the DCDC.  This dynamic group of individuals welcomes new businesses and helps existing businesses celebrate milestones.
