What denominations are Chamber Bucks available in?
Chamber Bucks Gift Checks are available in $5 and $10 denominations. Purchases must be equal to or greater than the amount of the certificate. The certificate is not redeemable for cash.
Chamber Bucks eGift Cards are available in any denomination! The eGift Card works like a regular gift card. Use up to the amount of the gift card on as many purchases as you need to.
What forms of payment can I use when purchasing Chamber Bucks?
Chamber Bucks Gift Checks can be purchased in person with cash or check. Chamber Bucks eGift Cards can be purchased online with a credit card.
Do I have to use my Chamber Bucks in a certain amount of time?
We encourage you to use them as soon as possible! There is a 6-month expiration date on Chamber Bucks Gift Checks. Chamber Bucks eGift Cards do not expire, but they do have a monthly fee after 12 months of inactivity.
What if I have a large order for Chamber Bucks?
Call ahead to the DCDC to place your order for either the Gift Checks or the eGift Card and we can coordinate the best delivery method for you.
Where can Chamber Bucks be redeemed?
Chamber Bucks are redeemable at more than 80 DCDC members. Check to see if your favorite location is a participating member here.
I am a business and not sure what to do with the Chamber Bucks I just received from a customer?
Chamber Bucks can be redeemed only by DCDC member businesses. Chamber Bucks Gift Checks work like checks, in that a business receiving them simply endorses and deposits it like any other check. Chamber Bucks eGift Cards work like a Mastercard, simply manually run the number on the eGift Card on your credit card machine.
