  • Just 30 minutes from DeWitt, the Mississippi River runs through the Quad Cities region and has a minimum 9-foot channel and 10-month navigation season.
  • DeWitt has access to 46 barge terminals, all with direct highway access and three with rail access.
    Rail
  •  The Lincolnway Railport, located just 10 minutes from DeWitt, provides direct mainline access to Union Pacific Rail from a planned 1,000 acre industrial park.
  • Just 20 minutes away, the Quad Cities region is served by four major freight railroads: Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (Class I); Iowa Interstate Railroad (Class II); Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad, owned by CP Rail (Class I); and Union Pacific.

  • The Quad City International Airport, approximately 40 minutes from DeWitt, has 60 daily flights on four major airlines with non-stop service to 10 major hubs as well as providing connections to hundreds of domestic and international locations.
