LeAnn Schaefer, Events, Program, & Marketing Coordinator (Pictured Left)

As the Events, Program & Marketing Coordinator, LeAnn is responsible for planning and executing community events such as: Tunes in Town, DeWitt's Wine Walk, Movies in the Park, the DCDC Golf Bash, Autumn Fest, Hometown Christmas, and more. LeAnn aslo organizes several networking events and professional development learning opportunites throughout the year for members of the DCDC, as well as Success Roundtables for the high school students of Central DeWitt, Cal-Wheat, and Northeast. LeAnn is a graduate of Morrison High School and attended Sauk Valley Community College, where she earned a scholarship for the volleyball team. Before devoting her work full-time to the DeWitt Chamber & Development Company, LeAnn served as the Executive Director for the Morrison Chamber of Commerce in Morrison, IL. In addition to her work with the Chamber, LeAnn was a business owner for 21 years as the owner and director of LeAnn’s Dance Connection. She currently resides in Morrison with her husband and three children and enjoys music, traveling, hiking, playing volleyball, and watching her kid’s sports.

Kaytlinn Barr, Member Services Coordinator (Pictured Right)
As a Member Services Coordinator Kaytlinn is responsible for answering community questions, assisting members in utilizing member benefits, and working with staff to implement events and communications. Kaytlinn is a graduate of Central-DeWitt High School and a lifelong member of the DeWitt community where she currently resides with her husband and three children. Along with devoting her work full time to the DeWitt Chamber & Development Company, Kaytlinn also owns and operates her own marketing business, helping local businesses with their social strategies and networking. In her free time, Kaytlinn enjoys being with her family, going on Jeep rides, and entertaining in her backyard with friends.
